At La Cala Home, we carefully curate products from a variety of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because items may ship from different locations, shipping and delivery times can vary by product.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available.
Some items may require additional processing time or may ship internationally. As a result, delivery times can vary. Please allow up to 15–30 business days for delivery on items requiring international fulfillment.
Many items will arrive sooner.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
